VIEWTEK warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves
to be defected at VIEWTEK responsibility during warranty months, we will either repair or replace the products free of charge
The warranty is 18 months from the shipment day. ( since Jan.2007 )

Therefore the warranty does not cover

1. Any products, on which the serial number has removed, modified.
2. Damage or malfunction caused by man made mistake.
3. Any damage caused by external, such as electric power fluctuations of failure.
4. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by VIEWTEK
5. Normal ware and tear.

DOA policy

This policy is a service program usually to end user by our distributors. It is a 30 days policy, in case where a products was purchased from
has gone out of business, or reseller can't support the customer ,VIEWTEK will do the very best to help on a case by case basis.

Please request an RMA No by fax, e-mail or call to Lee Ming Industrial.

A. Complete the RMA request form and send off.
      ( If you can't find defect reason on below option of form , please direct contact with Lee Ming )
B. We'll send confirmation and RMA number by E-mail,
      please keep this no for tracking. And note the RMA NO .  in all related documents.
C. To get the warranty service: you are required to provide:
      1.  The products
      2.  Company Name
      3.  Description of the problem.
      4.  RMA No.
      5.  For international return, please make the Invoice at 25% of new products value And marked "
           returned goods for repair, no commercial value"
      6.  The product is securely packed to avoid damage during transportation.
D. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs and generated cost to VIEWTEK Taipei factory
      such as (Import duty, custom's clearance handling charge), we shall cover the freight back to your company

      after repair if they were covered by warranty.
E. In order to have a smooth customs clearance,
      please make sure return goods total amount as less as possible , suggest less then USD75.00 or 1/3 of the original invoice.
      We strongly suggest the returned goods send back by EMS or Air Parcel Post
